Mandatory introductory course

Career Compass for upper secondary

Mandatory introductory course for teachers and counsellors who will use Career Compass in upper secondary education, work placement or vocational specialisation.

NOK 3,300 excl. VAT

NOK 4,125 incl. VAT per participant

  • The course is completed once per participant.
  • After completing the course the school can use Career Compass with no licence cost.

Add-on module

Oppgave+ for upper secondary school

For vocational specialisation, work placement and practical training

Oppgave+ is an add-on module to Karrierekompasset, built for upper secondary schools that want a more structured and pedagogical follow-up of work placements, practical training, part-time work and summer jobs.

The module requires that the school already uses Karrierekompasset.

With Oppgave+ the school can:

  • invite local employers to register as placement hosts
  • give students information about the businesses before placement
  • connect students to relevant occupations and tasks
  • prepare students with reflection tasks and short micro-courses
  • give students a digital overview of tasks and activities along the way
  • follow up experience, reflection and learning after the placement period

To ensure good delivery, the teacher responsible for administering Oppgave+ at the school must complete the course «Arbeidsforberedelse med Oppgave+ for videregående opplæring».

First school year:

NOK 23,900 excl. VAT

The price includes:

  • the course «Arbeidsforberedelse med Oppgave+ for videregående opplæring»
  • setup of the school
  • an Oppgave+ licence for the whole 2026/2027 school year

From the following school year:

NOK 14,900 excl. VAT per school per school year.
