Career Compass is a digital and pedagogical solution that helps students get to know themselves, explore education and working life, and make better informed choices.
Schools get free access to the student tool and the teaching resources. To ensure sound, curriculum-anchored use, at least one responsible teacher or counsellor must complete a mandatory introductory course before teaching starts.

We want as many students as possible to get good career learning. That is why Career Compass is offered without a school licence, annual subscription fee or cost per student.
But good career learning does not happen simply by giving students access to a digital tool.
Career Compass is built on pedagogical progression, reflection, dialogue and active guidance. The teacher needs to place the student activities in the right context, use the results as a starting point for exploration and connect the work to the school's teaching.
That is why at least one responsible teacher or counsellor at the school must complete a relevant introductory course before teaching starts.

Resources for facing choices, setbacks and change
Adolescence is a time of growth, exploration and new opportunities. At the same time, young people meet many demands, expectations and choices.
They have to find their place, cope with school, handle relationships and start considering education and the future. Some find this exciting. For others it can lead to stress, pressure or a fear of choosing wrong.
Career Compass therefore does more than help students explore studies and careers. Students also work with resources that help them:
- understand themselves and their own reactions
- handle uncertainty and setbacks
- build belief in their own ability
- use support from others
- make good and responsible choices
- find direction without knowing the whole path
We call these resilience resources. They are part of the school's work with public health and life skills, and they develop through practical tasks, reflection, exploration and experience.
