Kjell Helge Kleppestø

Head of Content

Kjell Helge holds a cand.polit. degree with a major in education and has long experience developing career guidance and career competence in Norway. Among other things, he led the establishment and development of Karriere Hordaland and later Karriere Vestland, and has broad experience from the public sector, business, higher education and international projects.

He has particular expertise in developing holistic career guidance services and in how young people can build the competence to make good, reflective choices about education and work. Kjell Helge is also the author of professional literature and workbooks for young people on career guidance and career learning.

In 2018 he took part in the work of Kompetanse Norge, now HK-dir, to develop the national quality framework for career guidance.

Today Kjell Helge works as an independent advisor, teaches and leads development projects aimed at strengthening the career competence of young people and adults. His experience with career learning and good decision-making processes makes him a key subject resource in our work with Educational Choice.

Eva Bratvold

Online Learning Designer

Eva works at the intersection of learning, working life and competence development, with a particular focus on how people build skills, learn and find direction in education and work. She combines an analytical, structured approach with creative communication and sound pedagogical principles.

She has broad experience developing learning models, courses, e-learning and game-based concepts that strengthen both individual skills and the learning culture of organisations. In her work she emphasises clear learning objectives and connecting theory and practice so that learning becomes relevant and applicable.

Eva has particular expertise in workplace competences and career development, lifelong learning and work inclusion, systematic competence mapping and the development of skills frameworks. She also has extensive experience creating engaging learning experiences in a range of formats.

A recurring goal in her work is to create learning that is relevant, meaningful and sustainable for both individuals and society. This combination of pedagogical expertise, understanding of working life and experience with competence development makes Eva an important subject resource in our work with Educational Choice.
